魏靖伟,女,紫东太初大模型研究中心,副研究员,硕士生导师。任中国人工智能学会智能光学成像专委会委员、中国医师协会肝癌专业委员会人工智能学组委员、海峡两岸医药卫生交流协会肿瘤学分会青年副主任委员、iLiver/Clinical Surgical Oncology/Radiology Science/VCIBA 期刊编委、The Lancet Digital Health, NEJM AI, IEEE JBHI, eClinicalMedicine, Advanced Science等SCI 期刊审稿人。主持和作为子课题负责人主持科技部重点研发计划、国自然重大和重点项目等15项,在研经费759万余元。
围绕医学多模态大模型、影像和多组学人工智能分析,与北京友谊医院、中国医学科学院肿瘤医院、中国人民解放军总医院、协和医院、复旦中山医院和华西医院等二十余家三甲医院(放射、介入、外科)开展相关科研工作,累计收集医学影像、文本和测序数据共计十万余例。主要研究方向包括:影像组学和多组学分析,以及医学多模态大模型。以第一作者和通讯作者(含共同)发表综合类和医工交叉领域论文40余篇,其中包括CNS子刊和肿瘤学领域顶级期刊论文,以及人工智能与计算机领域顶级会议论文,包括Hepatology、Science Advances、Ebiomedicine等医学与生命科学领域高水平期刊,以及CVPR、ACM Multimedia、MICCAI等人工智能、计算机视觉和多模态领域国际CCF-A类会议,总引用次数3967次,H-index: 26。作为主要作者发表Elsevier 出版医学影像计算领域顶会系列著作1部和Springer 出版的智能系统系列著作/章节1 部。
在多模态大模型的医学应用研究方面,面向视觉语言大模型细粒度对齐训练、微调和推理,结合知识图谱、RAG、推理强化学习和智能体模块,已构建多个医学通用L1模型以及消化肿瘤诊断L2专用模型。作为骨干核心成员参与中国科学院先导专项——科学基础大模型的研发工作。
课题组拥有丰富的临床合作资源、大规模医学数据平台和充足GPU算力条件,主要研究方向包括医学多模态大模型、医学视觉语言模型(VLM)、影像组学、多组学分析及人工智能临床应用。
